What you can do on this website

The website is for presentation purposes. Here you will find the description of the rooms, the facilities of the guesthouse, indicative rates and information about the surroundings. You can send a booking request through the contact form.

The website is not an online shop. No payments can be made through it, we do not ask for card details and we do not issue tax documents through it.

How a booking is made

A message sent through the form or by e-mail is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. Room availability is checked manually, and a request does not automatically block any room.

A booking becomes firm only after we confirm it to you, by telephone or by e-mail. In the confirmation we state the room, the period, the number of guests, the total price and the payment terms. From that moment the accommodation contract between you and the guesthouse is considered concluded.

Rates and payment

The rates shown on the website are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and refer to one night of accommodation in the respective room. They are indicative and may change, especially in periods of high demand or during holidays.

The price that applies to your booking is the one stated in the confirmation message, not the one shown on the website at the time of the request. Payment is made at the guesthouse or by bank transfer, as agreed at confirmation.

Cancellation and changes

Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change. A cancellation communicated in good time allows us to offer the room to someone else.

House rules

Please treat the premises and the equipment with care. Any damage caused through fault is borne by the person who caused it.

The swimming pool is used at your own risk. Children are admitted only when accompanied by an adult.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
